How to Report Abuse

If you encounter a subdomain hosted on our service that you believe is engaging in abusive or illegal activities, please report it by sending an email to:

abuse@volary.cloud

What to Include in Your Report

Please include the following information in your abuse report:

  • The full domain name that is being used for abuse (e.g., ddns-example.volary.cloud)
  • A detailed description of the abuse
  • Date and time when you observed the abuse
  • Any evidence you can provide (screenshots, logs, etc.)
  • Your contact information if we need to follow up

How We Handle Abuse Reports

Our approach to handling abuse reports is as follows:

  1. Initial Review: We will review your report within 24-48 hours of receipt.
  2. Investigation: Our team will investigate the reported subdomain and associated activities.
  3. Action: If we determine that abuse has occurred, we may take one or more of the following actions:
    • Issue a warning to the subdomain owner
    • Temporarily suspend the subdomain
    • Permanently disable the subdomain
    • Terminate the user's account
  4. Law Enforcement: In cases involving illegal activities, we may report the information to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
  5. Follow-up: We will notify you when your report has been processed and what actions were taken, if appropriate.

Note: False or malicious reports may result in being banned from using our service.
